產品介紹 : 整熨定型機 : Major Plus SIDI SHIRTS FINISHERS MAJOR PLUS   MAJOR PLUS is the most advanced version of our shirt finishing systems, developed thanks to the experience and the research gained in this field over the past 10 years.  Our shirt finisher MAJOR, which is already well-known and appreciated for its outstanding performance, has been further improved in order to achieve flawless finishing in a shorter time.  The new MAJOR PLUS is available with yoke press and tuck press devices as a standard, providing a reduction in cycle times and energy consumption of over 25%. With these devices the time for drying a shirt is reduced to around 42 seconds, leading to a significant increase in hourly production. Thanks to the Teflon covering these devices do not leave pressing marks, even on dark fabrics.  Its dummy applies vacuum to the whole surface, for an easy and quick shirt dressing. The front, side and rear pneumatic devices provide perfect tensioning of the fabric and the seams.  Thanks to the rounded cuff clamps and the tuck press, the MAJOR PLUS can achieve perfect finishing of sleeves. The height of the sleeves can be adjusted with a joystick. The MAJOR PLUS is very easy to use and does not require skilled personnel. Operation is started with control pedals; the front paddle closes automatically and the cycle starts at the closing of the second sleeve clamp.  At the end of the finishing cycle the machine releases the shirt and automatically resets ready for a new cycle.  Our new simple intuitive state-of-the-art PLC control system allows customized management of finishing cycles, with 10 programs being able to be saved.  The MAJOR shirt finisher is also available in its “Basic” version, with PLC finishing cycle control system and the same features as described above, but with a simplified sleeve tensioning system, with rounded clamps and suitable for both long and short sleeves. Available options: Water-spray gun with support. - Electric iron group for touching-up. - Air vent chimney with sound insulation. - Time-regulated yoke pressing device (for MAJOR Basic). - Short-sleeve clamp system for MAJOR PLUS only (fitting this option does not allow an air vent chimney).
